Warranty Policy

The Warranty detailed below is granted by doublee Innovation Limited (" doublee") and applies to doublee-branded products sold by doublee or authorized resellers. The Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship which in our judgment is caused under normal use.

Warranty period starts from the original purchase receipt date which is unmodified. The documents should clearly indicate the name of the seller, the purchase date, the product type, or the model number. If documents cannot be provided, the repairing service may be rejected, or maintenance fee may be charged.

The warranty period of each product is shown as below.

This Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by doublee; (b) to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as mishandling, misapplication; (c) to a product or part that has been modified without doublee’s authorization. All Warranty claims are determined in doublee’s sole judgment.

If the doublee-branded product is found to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, please contact cs@ee-inno.com with your proof of purchase. 

doublee reserves the right to change, add, delete, or amend on Warranty Policy, with or without prior notice to you, at any time and for any reason in the doublee’s sole discretion.
